A short story about us

In 2022, a coalition of Latino nonprofits in Watsonville, CA called on us after a devastating flood impacted over 5,000 families. We uncovered a critical gap: nonprofits lacked a direct, multilingual communication system to reach their clients during emergencies. This insight sparked the development of InformaText (DBA), our HIPAA-compliant SMS platform launched in late 2023.

Success stories that demonstrate our value:
  1. One partner doubled their food assistance program engagement.

  2. Another partner improved survey response rates, led to better service delivery.

  3. We delivered critical evacuation and health alerts during a Tesla battery warehouse fire.

  4. We are developing comprehensive emergency communication protocols with key partners, including "Know Your Rights" messaging.

To date, InfomaText has delivered over 30,000 bilingual messages, reaching more than 2,000 farmworker families with timely, trusted information.

Our validated proof of concept shows InformaText is not only scalable—it’s financially sustainable. By streamlining outreach and improving access for nonprofits, we’ve demonstrated a projected 35–40% profit margin while driving measurable equity outcomes.
